How to Use the AFT Score Chart
Select the applicable standard, demographic category and event. For General scoring, choose the Soldier's sex and age group. For a designated Combat specialty, choose Combat; the tool disables the sex selector and loads the sex-neutral Combat column for the selected age group.
The underlying data comes from the Army AFT Scoring Scales approved May 15, 2025, effective June 1, 2025. Timed events reward faster performance; repetitions, hold time and deadlift weight reward higher performance.
The Three Critical Score Tiers: 60, 70 (350 Composite), and 100 Points
60 points is the minimum in every required event. 70 points is an important benchmark because five 70-point events total 350, but a non-profiled Combat-standard Soldier may combine event scores differently as long as every event is at least 60 and the total is at least 350. 100 points is the maximum credit for one event.
General vs. Combat Tables
General tables use male and female columns across ten age groups. Combat tables are sex-neutral and apply only to the Army's 21 designated combat MOSs/AOCs. Selecting Combat here changes the raw-performance thresholds; it does not merely change the pass label after a General-table score is calculated.

Master Score Chart — Frequently Asked Questions
Where do these scoring standards originate?
The point-by-point thresholds come from the Army AFT Scoring Scales approved May 15, 2025 and effective June 1, 2025.
What happens if I score under 60 points on one event?
Scoring fewer than 60 points on even one event results in an overall test failure, regardless of how high your composite score is across the other events.
What are the Plank passing standards?
Plank thresholds vary by age, sex and standard. Select Plank and the applicable category above to see the exact reachable 60–100 point times.
How are intermediate scores calculated when not listed exactly on the chart?
They are not interpolated. The raw result is matched to the applicable published threshold. If a physical increment skips a numerical point value, the page does not create a new threshold for it.
